The Norfolk Gin
Helmsfolk – The Spirit of Exploration. The Norfolk gin is distilled with botanicals to link Norfolk Island and the story of the sloop Norfolk, built on Norfolk Island in 1798. The sloop Norfolk etched its way into Australian Maritime History when it was sailed by Matthew Flinders and George Bass to discover that Tasmania was in fact – an island.
Small batch distilled with select botanicals including Norfolk Island Lemon, Tasmanian Pepperberry, Salt Bush & Hibiscus. Available through the Norfolk Island Liquor and and select outlets island-wide.
