Colonial Townscape
Kingston’s Old Town presents the oldest colonial townscape in all of Australasia that remains close to its original layout. Now, as a part of the World Heritage Kingston Area this layout is preserved for all time, and for everyone to experience a real sense of Norfolk’s 18th and 19th century settlements.
The Landing Place
The Old Town is a collection of functional buildings that evolved through the first and second British settlements around the original Landing Place and Kingston Pier which remains one of Norfolk’s key access points.
